What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100, Australia wide. Order under $100 incur a flat shipping rate of $9 per item for standard shipping. Once you’ve received your tracking number, your order will likely arrive between 5-7 business days across Australia.
Rest assured we'll do our very best to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but please be aware some delays may happen due to unexpected delays with the Australia Post service. We thank you for your patience and if you have any questions, please contact us via email or our social channels.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do. Your internal shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping info. What can I do?
Don’t worry, we understand that mistakes happen from time to time. Please contact us at hello@coolcityapparel.com.au within 24 hours of your order, and we will adjust the shipping information for you. Unfortunately, once we have shipped your item, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
RETURNS
My item is damaged / incorrect, what do I do?
We are terribly sorry to hear that your order is not up to scratch. Please contact us at hello@coolcityapparel.com.au and we will take care of things right away.
Please note;
if your order has been damaged during delivery, we will replace the item upon receipt of a photo indicating the
damage.if an item's been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
we recommend that you choose delivery of your package directly to your door. If you are in an apartment block with
a small letter box, please let us know and we can arrange for a signature to be required for delivery.
’I’ve ordered the wrong size, can I return it?
Yes you can. Please email us at hello@coolcityapparel.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a return shipping address. We can provide a new size or discuss options of a refund. Please note, shipping costs to return items that are not damaged or incorrect need to be covered by the customer.
