How do I make an order?

Simply click on the image of the product you’d like to purchase and you will be taken to a shopping cart to finalise your transaction. We accept debit cards, credit cards and PayPal. Please see our checkout page for all cards accepted. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept Afterpay at this time. We hope to in the near future and will update our website with details when it is available.

I’ve just ordered. What happens next?

Great news, and thank you for your order. First up, you'll receive an email confirming your order has been processed. This is followed by a second email with your parcel tracking information, once your order has been shipped.

On any business day, we will process your order within 24 hours if your item is in stock.  All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. If your item is out of stock we will notify you and provide details of when you can expect your items to be shipped. Usually 5-10 business days from ordering.

Can I try my item before I order?

Yes you can. You can visit us at our stall at Manly Markets every Saturday and Sunday between 9-4:30pm. Please note we do not trade in the rain and we occasionally take holidays. Feel free to message us at hello@coolcityapparel.com.au or through our social channels if you’d like to check our attendance at the markets.

Can I order wholesale or in bulk?

Are your t-shirts 100% cotton?

All our t-shirts are 100% cotton and our sweatshirts are made with 60% cotton and 40% recycled polysester.

Do you hand-print everything?

Yes we do. As a microbusiness, this helps us manage our stocklevels and it allows us to ensure the quality of every item before we ship it out.
